What happens if I RSVP late?
If we receive your RSVP after the deadline of March 1st, we’ll have to assume you’re unable to attend and you’ll be marked down as a “no.”
We love you, but we won’t be making alternate arrangements after the headcount is finalized. Please RSVP on time so we can celebrate with you! 💌
I already RSVP’d “yes,” but now I can’t make it… what should I do?
If you RSVP’d “yes” and then realized you actually hate leaving the house… that’s unfortunate.
Unless you are on fire, in labor or trapped in another dimension, cancelling last minute is considered highly offensive in wedding culture.
In the event of a true emergency, do not contact the bride or groom - contact our wedding coordinator, Josh, who thrives under pressure and mild chaos.
Will the ceremony and reception be at the same location?
Yes! No extra travel necessary — just bring your good vibes and dancing shoes.
What time is the ceremony/reception?
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM, with cocktail hour and the reception to immediately follow at the same venue.
We kindly ask that all guests arrive at least 15 minutes early to ensure you're seated before we begin. Out of respect for the moment, any guests arriving after 3:55 PM will be asked to wait in the reception area until the ceremony has concluded.
Thank you for helping us make this day as smooth and special as possible — we can’t wait to celebrate with you!
Is there a dress code?
We kindly ask that guests come dressed in their Sunday best — think semi-formal or dressy casual. While we want everyone to feel comfortable, we do ask that you please avoid holey jeans, sneakers and overly casual attire as we’re aiming for a slightly more polished celebration.
Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Our ceremony will take place outdoors (weather permitting), followed by an indoor reception. Please keep an eye on the forecast and dress accordingly — we recommend bringing a light layer or umbrella just in case. If the weather ends up working against us too much, we will move the ceremony inside.
We’re hoping for sunshine, but we’ll be celebrating rain or shine!
Is there parking available?
The venue has a paved and flat parking lot with plenty of space for guests. We kindly ask that you please avoid parking in the designated handicap spaces unless you or someone in your party genuinely needs the accommodation. This helps ensure those spots remain available for guests who rely on them.
Are children welcome?
While we love your little ones, we will be having a limited number of children in attendance. Unless your child(ren) are explicitly named on the invitation, we kindly ask that you make arrangements for a child-free evening.
We hope you’ll use this as an opportunity to relax, celebrate and enjoy a well-deserved night out!
Can I bring a plus-one?
Due to limited space and thoughtful planning, we’re only able to accommodate the guests formally listed on your invitation. If your invitation does not mention a plus-one, we kindly ask that you attend solo — we promise it’ll still be a party to remember! 💃🕺
Will there be an open bar?
Absolutely! We’ll have an open bar with assorted cocktails, beer and wine, so come ready to enjoy a few drinks and celebrate. That said, we kindly ask everyone to drink responsibly. If anyone becomes overly intoxicated, we do reserve the right to cut them off — and in extreme cases, ask them to leave.
Let’s keep the good vibes flowing and the party classy!
What’s the food situation? 🍽️
Simply put - come hungry. Like… elastic-waistband hungry.
We’re serving a generous buffet of sirloin tips, chicken, pasta with alfredo, pasta with vodka sauce, steamed mixed veggies and garlic-rosemary roasted potatoes.
Expect delicious food, a full belly & the joy of wondering whether your dress pants were always this tight.
Then go back for seconds anyway - we fully support it.
What should I do if I have a food allergy or dietary restriction?
Let us know when you RSVP and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
Can I wear white?
Only if you want to be mistaken for the bride… or escorted to the nearest exit. 😘 Stick to literally any other color - we promise the rainbow has options.
Do you have a registry?
We are so grateful to already have everything we need to start our married life together.
The greatest gift you could give us is simply making the time to celebrate our special day with us.
Your love, laughter, and presence mean the world & we can’t wait to share this moment with you. ❤️
